Runway Fashion Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping our Fall 2026 runway collection. Because our garments are high-fashion, statement pieces crafted with delicate textiles, we hold our return process to rigorous quality standards to maintain the integrity of our designs.

Please read our straightforward policy below so you can always buy with absolute confidence.

1. Return & Exchange Window

• Standard Runway Purchases: We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date.

• Pre-Orders & Limited Releases: Because runway translations are often produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to fabric and size availability. If your size is sold out, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

2. Condition Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, pristine runway condition:

• Unworn & Unwashed: Garments must not show any signs of wear, fragrance, deodorant stains, or makeup marks.

• Tags Attached: All original designer hangtags and security tags must remain fully intact and attached to the garment.

• Delicate Fabrics: Items featuring specialty metallic foil accents, delicate mesh panels, or sheer textiles must be free of any snags, peeling, or tearing.

Note: We inspect all returned items under studio lighting upon arrival. Items returned damaged or showing signs of wear will be sent back to the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Start Your Request: Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and zip code.

Select Your Option: Choose whether you would like to swap your garment for a different size/style, receive a refund to your original payment method, or opt for store credit.

Pack with Care: Pack the garment securely in its original packaging (or a similarly protective box) to prevent the delicate metallic foils or structured collars from crushing during transit.

Ship It Back: Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.

4. Refunds & Processing Times

• Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 3 to 5 business days for our quality assurance team to inspect the garment.

• Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your original method of payment, depending on your financial institution.

• Store Credit: If you choose store credit, your digital gift card code will be emailed to you immediately following inspection approval.

We are dedicated to delivering your high-fashion apparel with the utmost care, ensuring that delicate textiles, structured tailoring, and custom foil detailing arrive in perfect runway condition.

1. Processing & Handling Times

• Ready-to-Wear Items: Standard retail orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days.

• Pre-Orders & Limited Runway Drops: Items purchased during exclusive drop windows or pre-order periods will ship according to the estimated timelines listed on the specific product page.

• Quality Check: Before leaving our facility, every garment undergoes a rigorous final inspection to ensure all delicate fabrics, metallic embellishments, and zippers meet our quality standards.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer a variety of shipping tiers to accommodate your needs. All delivery windows begin after the initial 1-3 business day processing window.

3. Packaging & Garment Care in Transit

Because runway pieces (like the garments shown in Photoroom_20260621_182138.jpg and IMG_7985.jpg) feature intricate detailing, unique structures, and lightweight or sheer panels, we do not crowd our shipments.

• All sets and jackets are packed in custom garment boxes or protective garment bags to minimize creasing and prevent friction against metallic foil accents during transit.

• We highly recommend unboxing your garment immediately upon delivery and hanging it up to allow any minor shipping creases to naturally fall out.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been carefully packed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with live scanning information.

5. Signature Requirements & Insurance

• Signature Required: To protect your investment, all orders valued over $500 will automatically require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be home, you can manage your delivery preferences directly via the carrier's tracking link.

• Lost or Damaged Shipments: Every shipment is fully insured against damage or loss while in transit. If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but missing, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours so we can open an immediate investigation.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are typically calculated and collected at checkout or upon entry into your country.
